Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ralt Health website (ralthealth.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

About Ralt Health

The website and all services described here are offered by Ralt Health LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. “Ralt Health,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ralt Health LLC.

Services

Ralt Health offers practice performance consulting, revenue analysis, digital auditing, and a software-as-a-service dashboard for independent physician practices. Specific service terms, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements and, where applicable, subscription agreements for the dashboard product. Contact us for pricing and engagement details.

Website Audit Tool

The free website audit tool provides a limited preview scan using publicly available data from the Google PageSpeed Insights API. Results are informational and do not constitute a comprehensive security, accessibility, or compliance assessment. A full assessment is available through our consulting engagements.

HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements

For customers who are HIPAA covered entities, Ralt Health offers Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as part of service engagements. A signed BAA is required before any engagement in which Ralt Health may create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information on behalf of the customer. The website itself is not designed to collect or process PHI; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content, data analysis methodologies, report templates, and proprietary tools developed by Ralt Health remain the intellectual property of Ralt Health LLC. Client deliverables are licensed for the client's internal use upon payment.

Limitation of Liability

Ralt Health provides analysis and recommendations based on publicly available data and information provided by the client. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Our analyses are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by the practice's leadership, billing team, and legal counsel before implementation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
