Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and any information you provide through our contact form or audit tool. We also collect anonymous, aggregate web analytics (pages visited, browser type, device class, approximate region) via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint individual visitors.

Our server and edge logs do not record your email address, your IP address or your browser user agent. Those fields were removed on 21 September 2026. An IP address is still used briefly to rate limit abusive traffic, in a key that expires within sixty seconds, and it is not written to any log. Scan service logs record the country a request came from, which does not identify you.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use third-party advertising or marketing cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking pixels on this website. Our web analytics provider (Cloudflare) operates cookielessly. Our contact form and scheduling tool (Calendly) may set first-party session cookies required to complete those interactions.

Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA

The Ralt Health website is not intended to collect or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or any other PHI through our contact forms or audit tool. For practice customers that are HIPAA covered entities, we offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as part of service engagements. Contact us to request a BAA.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, improve our website, and communicate with you about Ralt Health offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Audit Tool Data

The free website audit tool sends the URL you enter to our own scanner, which produces the accessibility score, and to the Google PageSpeed Insights API, which produces the performance score.

When you run the tool, we also log a submission event so we can understand how the tool is being used and follow up with practices that might benefit from a full assessment. Each submission record includes: the URL you entered, your approximate location (country, region, city, postal code) derived from your IP address by our CDN (Cloudflare), the IP address itself, your browser’s user agent, the page that referred you to the tool (if any), and the timestamp. To speed up repeat scans, we also temporarily cache a website’s summary scores and issue categories for up to 24 hours, keyed by the website address only; this cache contains no personal information. Our scanner also keeps a record of each scan it runs: the URL you entered, the requesting address (your IP address) and the country derived from it, the page that referred you to the tool (if any), the time, and the score or the reason no score was given, and whether the result came from our 24-hour cache. We keep the requesting address for 90 days to review abuse of the free tool, then delete it from the scan record; only Ralt staff can see it. The rest of the scan record is kept. We do not otherwise store the full audit results beyond your browser session. You can request deletion of a submission record or a scan record by emailing privacy@ralthealth.com with the URL and approximate time you ran the tool.

Subprocessors

We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the website and our dashboard product. A complete list is published at ralthealth.com/subprocessors. Each subprocessor has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, security headers, and secure form handling. Infrastructure is hosted with providers that support HIPAA-aligned security controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@ralthealth.com.
