Ralt Rounds

We make rounds so your margins don’t flatline.

Your Ralt Prognosis is a snapshot — a clear read on where your practice stands today. Rounds keeps that read alive: the same intelligence, re-run as new federal data drops, so the gaps it found don’t quietly reopen. Good doctors keep making rounds. So do we.

Your EMR holds everything about your practice — and shows you almost none of it.

Your record systems are built to capture what happened, not to tell you how you’re doing — and they only see your own four walls. The revenue you’re leaving on the table, the claims you’re underpaid on, the exposure sitting on your website: none of it surfaces from inside the system that’s supposed to be running your practice. That’s the gap Rounds fills.

Your EMR / billing system won’t tell you…Prognosis + Rounds do
How you stack up against peers — it only sees your own four wallsBenchmarked against what similar practices actually bill and collect (100M+ CMS claims)
Which claims were underpaid against your contractsEvery below-contract remit flagged — with the appeal scaffolded
Where your recoverable revenue actually isFindings ranked by dollars and tracked over time, not buried in a report menu
Whether your digital front door works — SEO, Google Business Profile, site speed, usabilityFive scanners read your web presence and rank what's costing you patients
Your compliance exposure — ADA, security, patient-data trackingScanned on a schedule and priced to real enforcement
The market moving around you — payer mix, competition, demandMarket, payer, and geographic intelligence in your assessment

Rounds doesn’t replace your EMR or your biller — it’s the outside view they were never built to give you.

Your dashboard

Your practice at a glance

The Rounds Overview shows revenue trajectory, compliance posture, and top-impact findings — updated as new CMS claims data lands.

Shown with a billing feed connected. Revenue, compliance, and findings populate from CMS public data at launch; Billables and live patient-flow panels populate once you connect your billing feed (Stage 2).

  • Your own per-practice instance on a private subdomain (yourpractice.app.ralthealth.com)
  • Microsoft Entra SSO with enforced MFA for every staff login
  • Role-based module access with an admin toggle
  • Audit-logged access — HIPAA §164.312(b) posture built in

What’s inside

Rounds is where your assessment comes to live — your findings, ranked by dollars, joined by the surfaces that run your revenue day.

Your assessment, integrated

Your Ralt Prognosis findings live in the dashboard — ranked by dollar opportunity, cited to source, and tracked as they change. The wake-up call becomes a working list.

Payer underpayment detection

Connect your billing feed and Rounds flags every claim paid below your contracted rate — expected-vs-paid, drill-in, and a scaffolded appeal letter. The money the payer already owes you.

Insights analytics

Revenue overview, YTD billables, year-over-year comparison, and underpayment trends — your own numbers, drillable, in one place instead of five reports.

Billables & patient flow

A six-state claim lifecycle with aging and CSV export, plus a live waiting-room board on anonymous patient codes — populated once your billing feed is connected.

Integrations & AI

Query your practice data straight from Claude (our MCP server), plus a REST API and signed webhooks for Zapier, ETL, or your own tools. Rounds plays with your stack.

Microsoft 365, built in

Outlook Calendar and Email and Microsoft Teams, embedded in the dashboard — a Teams thread even opens on check-in. The M365-native workflow no other practice tool ships.

Powered by Ralt Triage

The same engine behind your Prognosis

Ralt Triage is our intelligence engine — the 47 analysis modules and 5compliance scanners that read 100M+ Medicare claims and your public web properties. It’s the same engine that produced your assessment; Rounds runs it on repeat so your read never goes stale.

What Rounds keeps current

The recurring value isn’t a new tool — it’s that your intelligence never goes stale. Three things run on a schedule, so you don’t have to remember to look.

Re-benchmarked on every data release

As new CMS claims, rate files, and enrollment data publish, your benchmarks re-run against your specialty peers. We track the federal release calendar so you don't — new data in, refreshed findings out.

Compliance re-scanned on schedule

Your public web properties get re-scanned monthly or on demand — accessibility, security, patient-data privacy, usability, and digital presence — so a site that passes today doesn't quietly drift into an exposure.

Findings kept alive

Every finding carries its history. When a gap widens or a new one opens, it surfaces on your dashboard — with the data's vintage labeled, so you always know how current the read is.

Built HIPAA-aligned from day one

Rounds is currently in a no-PHI v1: your practice’s operational data (appointments, billable events, provider productivity) flows through anonymous codes rather than patient identifiers. This lets us ship a scanner-aced, audit-log-complete product without taking on PHI handling obligations prematurely.

For customers who are HIPAA covered entities, Business Associate Agreements are available as part of your engagement. See our Trust & Security page for the full security posture, our subprocessors list, and our Privacy Policy.

One assessment, then continuous care

Ralt Prognosis is the diagnosis — a one-time, cited, dollar-ranked read on where you’re leaving revenue and where you carry compliance risk. It’s the wake-up call.

Rounds is what happens next. Codes change, payer rates move, and enforcement standards shift — so a finding you closed in the spring can reopen by the fall. Rounds re-runs your assessment against every new federal data release and keeps your findings under watch, so you’re never working off a stale picture.

See it live with your own data
