What happens to our Prognosis findings once we subscribe?
They become the build. You go through the list and mark the ones worth watching; Rounds carries every finding live from day one, and you decide which ones you work.
Why can't we start with Rounds?
There would be nothing to watch. Rounds monitors findings, and findings come from the assessment. Without one, the first month has no baseline to compare against and no list to choose from.
What actually changes from one refresh to the next?
Sometimes nothing, and that is a useful answer. When something does move, you get the change, the source it came from, and the same banded figure the finding carried in your report.
Who on our team is this for?
Whoever acts on it. Most practices route it to a practice manager or the person who handles billing, and the owner reads the quarterly summary.
