Ralt Census
Every practice in your book, on one scale.
For physician-aligned organizations: membership organizations (GPOs, IPAs, MSOs, ACOs, specialty societies) and practice platforms and investors (PE-backed groups, practice-management companies). Census is the organization's operating view of the same margin intelligence every member practice receives.
What you buy
The whole pipeline, not a dashboard.
Four pieces that only work as a set.
- 01
Census for the book
Every member practice measured on the same scale: gap impact in aggregate, adoption, and the roll-up you can take to a board or an investment committee.
- 02
Prognosis for members
Each practice receives its own full report, cited and banded, and marks what it wants resolved.
- 03
Rounds in every practice
Core is included for every member of a licensed organization: every finding live, monitoring and alerts, compliance calendar, peer position, value ledger.
- 04
Your services, and ours, as one pipeline
We map your service lines into the catalog before go-live. Findings that match a line you deliver route to you at your price; the rest route to Ralt or a partner; and a member's report shows one catalog, not two. Fees shared both ways, one ledger.
The operating view
Every member, every finding ranked, the pipeline.
Census reads the same engine at membership scope: which practices carry which findings, what the book is worth in aggregate, and what is in flight.
Illustrative view. Figures shown are invented for the purpose of this example.
Services
The catalog is your pipeline.
Every one priced and timed; about half of it we deliver ourselves. A scope of work is built from your report, never from a menu.

Common questions
What organizations ask before a brief.
Who is this for?
Membership organizations (GPOs, IPAs, MSOs, ACOs, specialty societies) and practice platforms and investors (PE-backed groups, practice-management companies). If you are responsible for the margin of practices you do not directly operate, Census is the view of them.
What do member practices have to do?
Nothing at the start. Census reads public data and public surfaces, so every practice is measured before anyone is asked for anything. Practices engage when they open their Prognosis and mark what they want resolved.
How is it licensed?
Organization licensing across the membership, with Rounds Core included for every member. Quoted in writing against the size of the book.
How are service fees shared?
Both ways. Scopes of work built from member reports run through the catalog, and the organization participates in the fees whether Ralt, a partner, or the organization's own vendor delivers.
Do you need patient information?
No. No patient information touches our platform, and every finding is cited to a named source. For covered entities, we sign a Business Associate Agreement as part of a service engagement.
Prefer to buy a la carte?
Organizations can purchase reports and Rounds seats for members at wholesale without a license. It doesn't include Census, the opportunity map, or the shared ledger, and pricing is quoted per report and per seat. Most organizations start with a brief on the license.
Start with a brief on your book.
Tell us the membership and the specialties. We come back with what the engine can already see across it, and what a license would cover.
