The left sidebar on every Rounds page lists the modules you have access to. If a coworker sees a section you don't, it's a permission toggle — not a hidden feature.

The sections

  • Patient Flow — the live appointment board. See who's checked in, who's with a provider, who's ready for discharge. Anonymous P-XXXX codes only; no PHI. See Patient Flow states.
  • Billables — submit and track billable events. Aging report, denials, CSV export. See Submitting a billable.
  • Insights — analytics dashboard. Revenue Overview, YTD Billables, YoY Comparison. See The three Insights panels.
  • Calendar / Email / Teams — if your practice has Microsoft 365 connected, these mirror your inbox + calendar + Teams threads inside Rounds. See Microsoft 365 setup.
  • Admin — practice settings, user management, integrations, audit log, webhooks. Only owners and admins see this.

Roles shape what you see

Every user has a role: owner, admin, clinician, staff, or viewer. Roles ladder from highest (owner) to lowest (viewer). Modules each have a minimum role — for example, the admin sections are admin-or-higher only.

See Roles and permissions for the full matrix.

Modules are per-user, not per-role

Your role sets the floor for what you can access. Your practice admin can then toggle individual modules on or off for you beyond that. If your role allows a module but you don't see it in the sidebar, your admin hasn't toggled it on yet — ask them to review your account at /admin/users.

Status + sign-out

Top-right corner shows your email + a "Sign out" button. Clicking sign-out kills your session on this browser; you'll need a fresh magic link to return.

If someone else appears in a red impersonation banner at the top of your screen, a Ralt Health admin is temporarily viewing the product as you — documented + audited — to debug something for you. Banner auto-clears after 1 hour or when the admin clicks Exit.

If you hit a problem

  • Sidebar looks empty after login: check with your admin that you have modules enabled at /admin/users
  • Link 404s: module may have been disabled; refresh the page and the sidebar updates
