First login to Ralt Rounds

Your account doesn't have a password. Ralt Rounds uses a magic-link email instead.

Steps

  1. Check your inbox for a message from noreply@app.ralthealth.com. Subject line reads "Your Ralt Rounds sign-in link." If it's not there, check spam or the promotions folder — then add the sender to your contacts.
  2. Click the link. You'll land on your practice dashboard. The link is good for 30 minutes from send.
  3. Enroll multi-factor authentication. Rounds requires MFA for every user before you can see clinical or financial data. Details in MFA setup.
  4. Land on the homepage. Your sidebar shows the modules you've been granted. If a module is missing, ask your practice owner — it's a permission toggle, not a bug.

What you'll see

The left sidebar lists every module you have access to. The main panel is the homepage for whichever module you clicked. Top-right shows your email + a sign-out button.

The site-wide theme is dark by default — that's intentional, not a broken toggle. Light-mode support is on the post-v1 roadmap.

Ask your practice admin to resend the invite, or start the flow yourself at app.ralthealth.com/login — enter your email, receive a new link, click, you're in.
